Pengaruh Experiental Marketing, Food Quality, Servicescape Customer Satisfaction Restoran Ayam Tulang Lunak

چکیده

Walaupun industri kuliner terus menerus mengalami pertumbuhan dan pada sisi lain masyarakat meningkat budaya konsumsinya tetapi ternyata sejumlah restoran ayam tulang lunak penurunan omset. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut akan digunakan konsep experiental marketing, food quality servicescape untuk meningkatkan customer satisfaction sehingga pelanggan mengunjungi kembali melakukan pembelian (revisit intention). Penelitian ini dilakukan di Bogor. Metode yang adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 200 responden sebagai sampel kriteria dasar SEM diambil dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. dianalisis Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) program LISREL.
